It seems as if I've tried every topical product and mechanical product out there. I bought this because of the combo of urea and alpha hydroxy acid. I've tried urea before alone, but the AHA seems to be what makes a difference. Within about 5 days of applying the cream and sleeping with socks on, along with continued pumice stone use in the shower, my heals were so much softer! My husband even noticed. The cracks have almost gone away after a week and a half now. I promise, I don't work for Kerasol. I'm a stay at home mom now.
